  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for filling)
  • 8 ounces full-fat brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 and 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
