  • 300 g boneless white fish (cut into cubes)
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 12 tsp peri peri seasoning
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish: In a bowl, combine vinegar, peri peri seasoning, ginger garlic paste, salt, and black pepper. Toss in the cubed fish until well coated.
  2. Prepare the coating: Mix panko breadcrumbs, all-purpose flour, and dried parsley in one bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until smooth.
  3. Coat the fish: Dip marinated fish pieces into the egg mixture first, then coat generously with the panko mixture.
  4. Cook: For baking: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden. For air frying: Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-15 minutes. For deep frying: Heat oil and fry nuggets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
