  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Pickle slices
  • Butter (for toasting buns)

Instructions
