  • 3 cans regular-sized cinnamon roll dough
  • ¼ cup pumpkin pie spice coffee creamer
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 1 container (16 oz.) cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and prepare a bundt pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
  3. In a bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
  4. In another bowl, blend the cream cheese frosting with pumpkin pie spice coffee creamer.
  5. Combine melted butter with pumpkin pie spice coffee creamer.
  6. Dip each dough piece into the butter mixture and coat in the sugar mixture before stacking them in the bundt pan. Drizzle half of the glaze over the layers.
  7. Bake for about 30 – 40 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate and drizzle with remaining glaze.
