  • 1 ½ cups peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. vanilla paste
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (vegan)
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix quinoa puffs, peanut butter, hemp seeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.
