  • 8 ounces mini pretzel twists
  • 11 ounces caramel bits (or homemade caramel)
  • Flake finishing salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt 8 ounces of chocolate chips in the microwave at low heat, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the parchment paper and immediately layer mini pretzel twists on top.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramel bits with 2 tablespoons of water until creamy, then drizzle over pretzels.
  5. Melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle over the caramel layer. Sprinkle with flake salt.
  6. Refrigerate until hardened (about 1 hour), then cut into pieces.
