  • 7 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 3 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
