  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken or beef crumbles
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, turkey pepperoni, chicken or beef crumbles, bell pepper, onion, and olives evenly over the sauce.
  5. Tightly roll the dough into a log shape and seal the edges.
  6. Brush olive oil on top and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
