  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings (or chopped chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a springform pan.
  2. Mix melted butter with sugar; then stir in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and fold into the wet mixture along with chocolate chips. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, eggs one at a time, sour cream, and heavy cream.
