  • 12-count package of Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 ounces sliced deli turkey or leftover turkey
  • 8 ounces sliced Havarti cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Layer half of the Havarti cheese on the buns.
  4. Add sliced turkey evenly over the cheese followed by cranberry sauce.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and place the top halves of the buns back on.
  6. In a bowl, mix melted butter with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, Dijon mustard, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
  7. Brush mixture over the tops of the buns generously.
  8. Bake covered for 15-20 minutes; remove foil and bake an extra 5-7 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
