  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 fresh strawberries, halved

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tartlet shells using Pâte Sucrée dough, pressing into tartlet pans and freezing for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes until golden, then cool completely.
