  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef (deli style or leftover)
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On each tortilla, layer roast beef and shredded cheese down the center. Roll tightly.
  3. Place roll ups seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
