  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (semi-crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, cream the softened butter, then mix in brown sugar, flour, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press 1 ¾ cups of the mixture into the prepared pan and reserve the remaining crumbs.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the baked crust, sprinkle with reserved crumbs, raspberries, and mini chocolate chips.
  7. Bake again for 20-30 minutes until set. Let cool before cutting into squares.
