Ingredients
Scale
1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until strawberries are fully coated.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming around 10 clusters. Ensure they are spaced out to prevent sticking.
Freeze the clusters for 1-2 hours until solid.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in short intervals (15-30 seconds), stirring until smooth.
Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage, then return them to the baking sheet.
Optionally sprinkle with sea salt and freeze again until the chocolate hardens.
