  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 6 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3.5 oz chocolate bar (melted, such as Lindt 72%)
  • 10 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreos into fine crumbs and mixing with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a pie dish.
  2. For the chocolate layer, beat together cream cheese and cocoa powder until smooth. Mix in sugar, sour cream, and vanilla before folding in melted chocolate. Spread over the crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until fluffy, then add peanut butter and vanilla before folding in sour cream. Spread this mixture over the chocolate layer.
  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then spread on top of the peanut butter layer.
  5. Drizzle melted peanut butter on top and garnish with chopped peanut butter cups. Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours before serving.
