  • 2 Cups Shredded Chicken
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • 1/4 cup Bell Pepper (Chopped)
  • 2 Cans of Croissants
  • 2 Tbsp Butter (softened)
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Stir in milk for a creamy consistency.
  3. Add shredded chicken, chopped green onions, diced bell pepper, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
  4. Unroll croissant dough and pinch together cut lines to form rectangles. Place about 1/4 cup of filling in the center of each rectangle and fold over.
  5. For an optional golden finish, brush with whisked egg wash.
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
