  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the honey before adding your sliced pears. Cook them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.
  2. While your pears are cooking, grab a large bowl and toss together the mixed greens.
  3. Top the mixed greens with crumbled blue cheese and toasted walnuts. Finally, add those warm caramelized pear slices right on top.
  4. Finish off by drizzling balsamic glaze over everything and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
